Mr. Joey Wagner, Owner and President of the JWagner group, came and spoke with Coach Helfrich's p439 Intro to Sports Administration class today about marketing in sports. Mr. Wagner shared his amazing story with the class of how he turned his passion for working in event planning, to leading and hosting multiple events around town and partnering with some of the city's biggest names and sport clients. He also gave some wonderful insight into marketing and tips that the students can utilize in the industry, as well as some other great tips that they could use in their own personal lives. It was a wonderful discussion that led into some great Q & A's that left the students wishing we had more time with Mr. Wagner.
