The Alumni Association will develop diversity and inclusion strategies in existing alumni programming, use diversity to strengthen the alumni network and make recommendations for potential new programming and initiatives that support diversity and engagement efforts. Additionally, the Association will continue efforts to foster a culture and atmosphere of mutual respect and attract, retain and promote outstanding volunteer leaders from all backgrounds, perspectives and abilities.
Alumni Board Chair Zach Redman ’06 and board member Chad Ellis ’01 are leading the effort.
