Tuesday, October 1, Trinity will be hosting Rockin’ for the Class of 2028!
Rockin’ is Trinity’s unique “field day” exclusively for the freshman class and includes events such as 3-point contest, Jenga, pass-kick contest, Jeopardy!, a water balloon toss, and more.
Some specifics of the day:
Freshmen should be at school by 8 a.m. and will attend their entire advising period.
Rockin’ begins at 9 a.m. and concludes at 2:50 p.m.
Freshmen are encouraged to wear their house t-shirt and comfortable bottoms (shorts and sweatpants are allowed).
Tennis shoes are also encouraged. No flip-flops, slides, or Crocs.
Freshmen may consider wearing sunscreen as many of the activities will be held outdoors.
Water stations are provided.
Students will be required to store all loose items in their lockers (student ID, wallet, keys, and cell phone). Because students will not have access to their phones, parents should contact Student Affairs if they need to reach their son. Students who need to have their phone for medical/other reasons should inform their House Director.
Lunch is served free of charge. The lunch menu will be hamburger/cheeseburger, bun (with gluten-free option), chips, cookie, and a drink. Freshmen are welcome to bring a sack lunch if desired.
