On Saturday, Dec. 9, a solid group of eight-graders took their first steps towards joining the Trinity FAMILY. This annual Placement Test is the first step in forming the Class of 2028.
They enter at a time of unprecedented student achievement. Graduates are earning college acceptances and scholarships at record rates. These results, coupled with our interactive block schedule and welcoming House System, provide a culture on campus that attracts families from a wide range of backgrounds and neighborhoods. Just like those who came before them, this class will represent a diverse population in all facets.
James Torra, Trinity’s Director of Admissions, said this: “We've seen such a vibrant enthusiasm from 8th graders and their families for what we offer. The many campus tours, school visits, shadow days and Open House helped us tell our story and highlight what makes Trinity unique. We will work hard in the coming months to make their transition to high school smooth.”
Trinity’s president, Dr. Rob Mullen remarked, “We take the responsibility for making these next four years to be the very best possible for these new Shamrocks with the utmost seriousness. I have supreme confidence that my colleagues are excited to welcome these Class of 2028 Shamrocks. These students will experience Trinity at her very best.”
