This is an important step in the admissions process where your family selects classes for your son.

New Parent and Guardian Social
On Wednesday, July 24 we will host our Annual New Parent and Guardian Social in Convocation and Alumni Hall from 6:30 - 8 p.m.. All parents and guardians in the Class of 2028 are invited to attend this event, hosted by the Shamrock Moms. We will begin in Convocation Hall (second floor of the Communication Arts Center) sharing general information, then provide instructions on accessing your parent PowerSchool account. After, we will gather in Alumni Hall (cafeteria) for fun and fellowship allowing new parents time to interact with each other and current parents, while also sampling bite-sized appetizers from FLIK who acts as our food service provider . We hope this serves as another great opportunity for you to visit campus and feel more connected to the Trinity FAMILY!

Freshman Orientation Experience
Conducted by Trinity faculty members, this camp helps incoming students make a smooth transition into the Trinity community. It serves as a great opportunity for your son to meet new classmates through collaborative activities, become familiar with campus, log into his school technology accounts, and learn more about Trinity all while having fun! Campus tours, scavenger hunts, team building activities, and much more will be part of this one-week experience.
Trinity will offer six FREE sessions this summer for young men who will be freshmen during the 2023-24 school year.
Session 1: July 22-25, 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Session 2: July 22-25, 10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Session 3: July 22-25, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Session 4: July 29 – Aug. 1, 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
Session 5: July 29 – Aug. 1, 10:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Session 6: July 29 – Aug. 1, 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Sessions fill up quickly, so register TODAY to help your son begin his transition into the Trinity FAMILY!

Admissions and Student Information Form
All Class of 2028 families are asked to complete an admissions and student information form for their son(s) before Jan. 15. This information will allow us to create an accurate PowerSchool account for your family which will provide direct access to teachers, assignments, and grades. Important Moments in the Admissions Process for the Class of 2028
Placement Test-
Test administered, Dec. 9.
Make-up to be administered Jan. 13.
Test results with invitations to register at Trinity will be mailed early Feb.
Registration-
Evenings of Feb. 22, 26 and 29
Test results will be discussed in one-on-one meetings.
A suggested academic curriculum for freshman year will be covered.
Information about summer activities will be distributed.
Non-refundable $75 fee is required this evening.
Financial Aid-
Online application available to parents starting Oct. 15; information is on Trinity’s website (trinityrocks.com) under Enrollment > Financial Aid.
Parent meeting on Dec. 14 via Zoom to explain the aid application process.
Online applications and 2022 tax returns should be in “Completed Status” with FACTS Management Services by Jan. 31.
Aid awards announced and mailed to parents in early March.
Bus Options-
Application forms emailed to parents in spring months; registration forms and payment are due by July 15.
Tuition Rates and Payment Plans-
Brochure and enrollment forms are mailed to parents in April.
Tuition payment plans must be selected, and the student(s) enrolled by May 15 (payments begin in July).
Missing this deadline means a student will be removed from the school’s enrollment process.
Families who submit late plans will be re-enrolled but risk loss of scholarships/financial aid.
Book Sales-
Members of the Class of 2028 will pick up important materials and purchase their books in early August. Families will be welcomed by faculty, staff and students and freshmen will be escorted to their lockers by upperclassmen.
In July we send a list of required textbooks – you are welcome to buy them in advance elsewhere or here in early August

Spend A Shadow Day With Us
Shadowing is the best way for a student to get a personal perspective of the Trinity experience! Students will spend time with a freshman shadow host visiting interactive classes in our Block Schedule, take a campus tour, and learn about the many benefits of a Trinity education including our House System.
