Tuition & Fees

At Trinity, we are committed to maintaining academic excellence for all students. We are equally determined to offer tuition payment plans and financial aid opportunities that make Trinity the right choice for families.

Tuition for the 2024-25 school year:

  • $16,555 when paid in full by July 15

  • $16,905 for a four-payment plan [July, September, January, March ]

  • $17,255 for a 10-month plan [Payments begin in July, either once or twice per month]

Financial aid award notices are sent in early March.

All tuition accounts must have a payment plan selected with FACTS by May 1.

Fees:

  • Registration: $100 [Billed to all returning families after Pre-Registration for classes. Incoming families pay at Class Registration in late January or early February. Secures a place in scheduling of classes for the next school year.]

  • Student Activity: $125 [Invoiced with tuition. Provides for House T-shirt, admission to certain games and school events, Shamrock yearbook, school photos, House lanyard and ID, student accident insurance.]

Making Your Payment:

  • RETURNING FAMILIES will receive an email notification from FACTS automatically re-enrolling you into the established FACTS tuition account from this school year in April.  Your account will initially be in “pending status” and Trinity will finalize all plans before payments begin in July.  If your family qualified for tuition assistance, the total amount will be credited to your account before payments begin in July.  Under no circumstances will the amount of tuition assistance exceed the amount of the percentage of responsibility for payment by the parent or guardian.    Banking information must be valid for these steps to occur.  If you would like to alter your current payment plan, please contact Ms. Kate Pilbean in the Trinity Business Office at pilbean@trinityrocks.com or 502-736-2105 or FACTS directly to make changes before April 30.  Any necessary updates to your banking information can be done directly through your FACTS account.  All accounts and banking information must be accurate and current by May 1.   • NEW FAMILIES will select a tuition payment plan following email instructions you will receive from FACTS in early May. FACTS will provide an ONLINE ACCESS and UNIQUE CODE allowing you to select a payment plan. Once a payment plan has been selected your account will be in “pending status” and Trinity will finalize all plans before payments begin in July. Special Notes:

  • Families selecting the “full amount” plan must supply current and valid banking when enrolling with FACTS and make payment directly to FACTS by July 15 after creating an account.

  • Families choosing the four-payment or 10-month plan must enroll with FACTS and supply current and valid banking information for payments after creating an account.
